Upcoming Events
The Annual Neighborhood Halloween Block Party
will be held at 6pm on Halloween (10/31) at Moravia Court. In years past, this has been a parade but we are changing things up slightly to enjoy costumes, candy, and community!

Gude Landfill Remediation Project
Community Meeting
The Department of Environmental Protection and its contractors (design engineer and landscape architects) hosted a community meeting to discuss the Gude Landfill Remediation Project including an overview of the passive use and recreation amenities and what to expect during construction

Shady Grove Development Public Plan
On May 20th, 2020, there was a county presentation about the Shady Grove Development Public Plan. Here are some of the maps presented. The discussion covered transit, roads, metro from the perspective of the planning department

WSSC - Derwood Station Water Main Replacement Plan
WSSC will be replacing all of the water mains in the all 3 of the community HOAs starting on Titonka Way spring/summer 2025. Construction in the rest of the community will start winter/spring 2027 and continue will through winter/spring 2030.
