Community
News
In Hollybrooke, we strive to create a sense of community and provide our members with news and updates about the neighborhood. We are here to serve our homeowners and make sure that everyone is informed and up-to-date on the latest happenings.
We provide a page on our website dedicated to news and updates about the community, as well as regular meetings and newsletters. Join us and become part of the Hollybrooke family.
AERC Application and Info
The AERC (Architectural and Environmental Review Committee), is one of the Association’s Standing Committees. The responsibility of the AERC is to maintain the beauty of the neighborhood through community guidelines, an application for change process, and member communications. The guidelines and application forms can be found on the AERC page, from MTM, or from the HOA directly.

ABOUT US
We’re nestled in-between parkland and the suburban amenities of Montgomery County. We’re around the corner from the Shady Grove Metro Station—some residents walk there—giving us easy access to Washington, D.C. We’re bordered by Rock Creek Regional Park, which offers scenic hiking/biking trails and boating on picturesque Lake Needwood. Shopping and dining opportunities abound just a few minutes away in Rockville and along the Rio Lakefront. Our community feeds into stellar public schools, College Gardens Elementary, Julius West Middle, and Richard Montgomery High School.
